Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their order within 1 day (24 hours) from the time of placing the order. Cancellations requested after 1 day may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact support@brownside.co.in through the official email or contact form provided on the website, quoting their order number.

  • If the cancellation is approved within the 1-day window and before shipping/processing, any amount paid will be refunded according to the store’s refund method (for example, original payment method or store credit), as described in the refund policy.

  • If the order has already been shipped or entered the final stage of processing, customers may need to follow the return and refund policy instead of cancellation.​

  • The company reserves the right to refuse or limit cancellations in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policy, or other reasonable grounds, provided this is consistent with applicable laws in the customer’s region.
